You can apply for three programs using the Express Entry system:
- the Federal Skilled Worker Program,
- the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and
- the Canadian Experience Class
The Federal Skilled Worker Program can help you become a permanent resident if:
- you work in one of the skilled professions designated by the federal government, which include managerial jobs, professional jobs, technical jobs, and skilled trades,
- you meet language requirements in English or French,
- you have educational credentials from a Canadian university or a designated international school, and
- you have enough money for you and your family to settle in Canada.
